Conditions for the transmission of this practice

You can receive this practice only from Lama Ivo directly, upon request. A donation is not required, (although it would be certainly appropriate and will strengthen your connection to this teaching). If you ask for the practice you should be aware that there is a requirement for you to eventually receve the reading transmission (lung) from Lama Ivo directly. If you intend to do that, however, you can practice in the meantime with full blessings.

In order to request the “Nectar of Life”, please fill up the form below, explaining well your motivation and wish. Wether you will receive permission or not is entirely up to Lama Ivo, but if you do, you will receive the password for the sadhana and instructions download.
